Indoor Training – Sun 1:00 – 2:30 – University of Ottawa, Montpetit Hall – Gymnasium #3
Please note that this Sunday’s session will be a rugby-only session. We will be booking some stand-alone fitness sessions starting in a few weeks.
For Sunday training, please bring regular indoor gym clothing – shorts, running shoes, etc.. To cover costs for the session, we’re charging $5 per session or $15 for all of the U of O sessions. We’ll be running some basic skill and fitness drills to start with.
