In addition to our Sunday training sessions (which started this past weekend), we have an opportunity to do some team work with a personal trainer. Mia Kakebeeke is a longtime Banshee and has run sessions for the club before – anyone who has done one knows it is an excellent workout designed for rugby.


She has offered to run a one-hour session at the Y at O’Connor and Catherine on Tuesdays at either 6:30pm or 7pm. $10 per head.


Please reply to if you are interested in attending these sessions, which would start in the next couple of weeks.


Also, if Wednesday nights are better for you, Mia runs a Crosstraining class at 7:30pm. It’s $54 for members and $72 for non-members for a 6-week course.
