A special general meeting for Twin Elm Rugby Park has been convened for Saturday April 26, 2014. It will take place at the park from 1pm to 3pm.

The purpose of the meeting will be to elect the President, Vice President, Treasurer, and Secretary for the board. Unlike in the past, this board is intended to be a governance board rather than an operational board taking the lead on day to day activities at the park.

To make this possible, the park will be hiring a part time, paid General Manager who will take responsibility for the day to day operations. The job posting for the GM position can be found attached.
