Mia is a former Banshee and has been training people to get to the next level in their game. Her programming can help you with your cardio recovery and endurance. She now has her own studio but she also can do personalized programs that you can do from your own gym or even from home. She personalizes your program based on your goals and no matter where you are now she can get you to where you want to be… And will be on you to make sure you get it done.
She also does outdoor training sessions which many of the OBBRFC members have done.
