The Senior teams had a few weeks off to do some intersquad and exhibition games, but the Juniors had themselves a busy week.

On Monday, July 3, the Junior Beavers travelled to Kingston to play a very strong Panthers side. The boys showed tenacity and were pressing for a huge comeback when the final whistle blew (if only the game were a few minutes longer!). On Saturday, July 8, the Beavers hosted Beaconsfield at Twin Elm. They had the lead going into half, but couldn’t hold onto it by the time the final whistle blew (if only the game were a few minutes shorter!).

The Junior Banshees had their turn travelling to Kingston on Saturday, squaring off against a very talented lineup. The Banshees had a challenging first half, but they maintained composure and worked out the kinks, coming out with a tenacious second half that featured some awesome runs, great ball movement, improved defensive lines, and a few tries against the Panthers.
